Are you one of those students who stays up all night studying? If so then you could be doing some serious damage to yourself. That is because students like this tend to suffer from sleep deprivation. Continued problems with lack of sleep over a long period of time can lead to a large number of health problems.
One of the things that can happen when you don’t get enough sleep is that your body stops producing enough human growth hormone. Side effects of hgh loss include fatigue and listlessness among other conditions. If this is the case you either need to get more sleep or you need to start taking hgh supplements.
Another thing that can happen when you don’t get enough sleep is that your immune system gets weaker. This means that you become more prone to getting a variety of different illnesses. If you continue to get too little sleep as your immune system gets weaker then you could end up in the hospital with a serious cold or flu.
It’s certainly important to study enough. However it’s also important to make sure that you get enough sleep each night. It’s bad for your health if you don’t and that ends up being bad for your education in the long run.

Now, if my girlfriend takes the time to read this blog, she will be rolling her eyes. She never seems to like my attempts at being funny, but I suppose that she tolerates me a bit. Needless to say, today was a great day, and it all stems from my lunch date.
You see, my girlfriend and I have been very busy over the last few months with our own lives. We have both have been holding down jobs, and going to school, so there has just not been a lot of time for us. Thankfully we understand each other’s situations, so it hasn’t been a problem.
So, when she asked me if I wanted to go on a lunch date, how could I refuse? There is just something perfect about having wonderful food with the company of a beautiful woman – seems like paradise to me.
But, the icing on the cake was that it was our five year anniversary of our first date today. I was just a kid back then, and the time we have spent together has been great. I bought her a gold bracelet, and she loved it.
She bought me a diploma frame with a portrait of her in it to put on my wall. Now, I will have something beautiful greeting me each morning when I wake up. What a wonderful gift.

One of the things that you start to realize while you are in college is that there are more jobs than you ever dreamed of. We mostly think of the same handful of jobs when we think about our career options. However there are many different niche jobs that can be done. Figure out what interests you and find a career that allows you to enjoy that.
Let’s just pretend that the thing that really interests you is lighting. That’s a pretty rare niche interest right? And yet there are many jobs that you could do that allow you to explore this niche interest and earn money while you’re doing it.
Someone who is interested in lighting could work as a lighting technician on a theatre set. This person could instead choose to do light-based performance art or visual art. Alternatively, this person might want to do lighting design. Or perhaps he would like to be an interior designer, telling clients whether access lighting or elk lighting is better in a particular space. Maybe she would like to explore the science and technology of green lighting. Or perhaps he would want to write about lighting topics.
You didn’t think that there could possibly be so many careers for such an obscure interest did you? And yet, there are. This goes to show that any interest you have has a career to go with it. Think outside that box!

When you choose to get a vocational degree you should make sure that you choose wisely. There are many terrific programs out there for vocational students. However, you need to think long term when you make this decision. Choose a vocational degree that will either lead directly into a long-term job or that can lend itself well to entering a four-year college program somewhere down the line.
For example, let’s say that you are looking at online medical degrees from vocational schools. You are trying to decide between physician assistant programs and transitional dpt programs. Ask yourself what your goal is for this degree and you’ll have a better idea which of the two programs to pursue.
If your goal is to go straight into the workforce and to work at a job for the rest of your life then you will choose the degree program that best suits that. If you love the idea of being a physician’s assistant then you would choose that program. On the other hand, if you plan to do more schooling later and would like to get an advanced degree in physical therapy then the transitional dpt programs would be more appealing.
It’s tough to know what you want from your education when you are just starting out. That doesn’t mean that you should ignore long-term options, though. Thinking about what you want later in life helps you to make the smartest choice about school now.
