Preparing Course Material

For the past five years, I have had the opportunity to participate in a real estate investment coaching program as a coach and I have enjoyed it. I have worked with new real estate investors and seasoned ones and I think that both the student and I have come away learning something from the experience.
What I have learned from coaching is that I love to teach. Now, I wouldn’t want to teach a boring subject such as history, but rather teach real estate investment training courses. I am sure that it won’t feel like work because I love the subject and it could be my way to give back to our community that has given me so much.
So, I have been preparing some course material to present to the dean of our community college to see if they would let me teach a class there. I had talked to him about it in the past, and they are interested, but they wanted to see some of the course material before they make final approval for the class.
So, I am madly trying to get things in order as my presentation is at 3 PM tomorrow. I think it will go well, but I still have butterflies in my stomach.
