Chicken Soup for the Chicken Soup-Hating Soul

I had a bowl of Progresso soup for the third night in a row tonight. Ugh. Not feeling so great. Humans definitely were not designed to withstand meal after meal of watery protein in a can labeled “Clam Chowder.”
I really wish I knew how to cook more. I’ve looked into maybe taking some classes at the nearby community center or maybe even Culinard, a professional cooking school moderately close to where I am now. I’ll have to take a closer look at my budget and determine just how much free time I really have.
Humphrey’s going to need to see the vet soon and I’ve been a little late on some of my car payments. Add to that my prescriptions and a seemingly endless supply of Progresso soup and, well. . . Can I please get my bailout now?
Cooking schools might be pretty fun though. Granted, I know as little about cooking schools as I know about cooking, but just the whole idea of an entire college devoted solely to creating edible works of art-it’s almost romantic. I’ll take a look at some other culinary arts institutes later; for now, I’ll just invest in some crackers for my clam chowder.
